How to customize Rise Scheduling & Time Tracking permissions

How to customize Rise Scheduling & Time Tracking permissions

With Rise Scheduling & Time Tracking, you can customize the levels of access your users have, allowing you to control who can manage schedules, track time, pay employees, and administer the Rise system.

You can give your employees access to these permissions by submitting a ticket to our support team —please include the email address of that user and which permissions you would like to give them. Please note that only the current Rise Owner or admins can make this request, and they are granted all permissions automatically.

Note that Organization Owners and Admins get access to all of these permissions by default. Team Leads get access to View, edit and approve time entries related to the user’s Teams only automatically, and can be given access to further permissions by submitting a ticket to our support team.
