Q: What is 2-Step Verification?

A: If you can’t access your authenticator app and 2-Step Verification has been enabled on your Rise account, please contact
support@risepeople.com for help accessing your account.

Q: Can I use 2-Step Verification if I use Rise Payroll<->HR Single Sign On (SSO)?
