Q: Which reports are available in Scheduling & Time Tracking?

A: The following reports are available in Scheduling & Time Tracking:
  1. Schedule By Location
  2. Schedule By Department
  3. Schedule By Employee
  4. Time Approval Summary
  5. My Time Report

Q: Which employees have access to reports in  Scheduling & Time Tracking Reports?

A: Owners and Admins have access to Schedule By Location, Schedule By Department, Schedule By Employee, and Time Approval Summary reports. All employees can access their own ‘My Time’ report.

Q: What information is available in the schedule reports?

A: The schedule reports have shifts and time-off information for employees.

Q: What information is available in My Time report?

A: My Time report has employees’ shift information, punch details, unpaid breaks, shift duration, classification, time off information, classification tags, billing information, and time approval status.

Q: Can I run schedule reports for more than one schedule?

A: Yes, you can run schedule reports for one or many schedules. If you run a report for more than one schedule, you’ll also see the locations and department filters.

Q: Which report gives information on employee attendance?

A: The Time Approval Summary report identifies the hours worked, hours classification, punch methods, and attendance (early or late).

Q: Which file types can the Scheduling & Time Tracking reports be exported in?

A: You can export the Scheduling & Time Tracking reports in CSV or PDF.
