How to assign a Clock ID in Rise Scheduling & Time Tracking
1. Navigate to People, then click the name of the employee you want to assign a Clock ID to.
2. Click the Payroll tab on the employee's profile.
3. Under Time and Attendance, click Edit next to Clock User ID.
4. Enter the employee’s New Clock User ID and Reason For Modification. A clock ID can include any number of digits. Once completed, click Save.
Please don’t use letters, special characters, or the number 0 at the start of the ID.
