How to clear your browser's cache and cookies
Web browsers store data from previously visited websites in the cache to help load those sites quicker the next time you visit them. They also store user preferences such as login information as cookies. If you’re experiencing issues with Rise in your browser, a good first troubleshooting step is to clear your cache and cookies to ensure that your browser’s stored data isn’t causing any issues.
Chrome
Copy and paste the following URL into Chrome's address bar, then hit Enter: chrome://settings/content/all
Use the search bar in the upper right corner to find risepeople.com in the list of sites.
Click the three dots next to risepeople.com and then click Clear data.
In the Clear site data? window, click Clear.
Safari
Click on Safari on the top menu bar.
Click Preferences.
Click the Privacy tab.
Click Manage Website Data…
Select risepeople.com.
Click Remove.
Firefox
Copy and paste the following URL into Firefox's address bar, then hit Enter: about:preferences#privacy
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Manage Data....
Use the search bar to find risepeople.com in the list of sites, and select it by clicking on it.
Click Remove Selected and then Save Changes.
Edge
Copy and paste the following URL into Edge's address bar, then hit Enter: edge://settings/siteData
Use the search bar in the upper right corner to find risepeople.com in the list of sites.
Click the arrow next to risepeople.com and then click the trash can icon next to each subdomain.
Make sure to reload the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) after clearing your browser's cookies and cache.
