Create an offer letter template

1. Navigate to Recruiting, then under Offers, click Templates.


2. You can either create a template from scratch or use the Default offer template. This default template uses only default (already existing) tokens so you can use it as-is or personalize it to suit.


3. To create a new template, Click + Add Template.


4. You will be taken to the template editing screen. The new template will be named Untitled by default. Click on the name to rename it.


5. Create your template by typing on the page. You can format the template text by clicking the formatting buttons in the upper left corner.


6. To insert tokens, click the + button next to the formatting buttons, then select the token you want to add from the dropdown.



The token will be inserted where your cursor is.


7. You can exit and save your template as a draft at any time by clicking Cancel and save draft.


8. Once you’ve completed your template, click Close & save.


To exit without saving, click Cancel without saving.
