How to edit an employee's onboarding information

1. Navigate to People, then click Onboarding.


2. Click the three dots next to the name of the employee you want to edit, then click Edit.


3. On the employee’s onboarding page, click Update onboarding, then Edit info to edit the information you submitted during the onboarding process.



After making any necessary edits, click Save.


4. To edit the employee’s welcome email, the onboarding tasks associated with them, or any of their employee data, click the edit icon next to the information you want to edit.



After making any necessary edits, save your changes.


Note that once a welcome email has been sent, it cannot be edited. If you want to edit an employee’s welcome email, you’ll need to send it again.
