How to manage your company’s plan booklets

1. Navigate to Benefits, then under Manage Benefits, click Booklets.


2. You have the option to upload plan booklets in English and French. You can delete a booklet by clicking the X icon. You can add a new booklet by clicking select file or by dragging and dropping the file into the upload section. The format of the booklet can be either PDF or a Word (.docx) document. 


3. Plan booklets should be available for all classes of employees. However, an employee would be able to see only the booklet for the class that they are enrolled in.
