How to manage your recruiting settings
1. In Recruiting, navigate to Settings.
How to change your logo and color
2. You can upload your company logo in English and/or French. Drag and drop the logo in the corresponding box or click Select File to upload.
3. To add your brand colour to your job postings, click the circle and choose the colour or type in the colour code.
Careers Page URL
4. This section lets you view and edit your careers page. Once we’ve created your account, your personalized URL is automatically set up once.
Click the icon next to the URL to view your career page. Here you’ll see a list of open positions with the option to toggle between English and French. To copy the URL, click the clipboard icon.
Application Stage
5. This section lets you create custom application stages to match your hiring process. Rise has set up three applicant stages: New Applicant, Rejected, and Hired which cannot be modified or deleted. You can create up to ten other application stages. Click on the grid sign next to each status to drag-and-drop it into whichever order you want.
6. To edit a stage, click the Pencil icon. To delete a stage, click the Cross (X) icon.
7. If you’re deleting a stage, a pop-up window will appear to confirm your action. Click Yes, delete this stage if you want to continue.
8. To add a new application stage, type in the stage name, then click the Plus sign.
Email Updates
10. To send the recruiting digest email to collaborators, select the Send new activity emails to collaborators checkbox.
11. To send the recruiting digest email to administrators, first select the Send new activity emails to administrators checkbox and then select one or more administrators from the dropdown.
