Refresh payroll instruction settings or default values on the input sheet
If you make changes to a payroll instruction's settings and/or the associated default values after you have created the input sheet, you will need to "refresh" the instruction to ensure the latest settings are applied to your pay run.
Manually entered data will be retained on the input sheet when refreshing an instruction, so you will instead need to remove and re-add the instruction it to overwrite this data.
Click the arrow underneath the payroll instruction name, and hit either Remove Payroll Instruction or Refresh Payroll Instruction, depending on your scenario.
You will be redirected to your list of pay runs while the instruction is refreshed. Head back to the Input Sheet to see you changes.
