Remove a participant from a review cycle

Remove a participant from a review cycle

If a participant was added to a review cycle by mistake or shouldn’t be part of a review cycle, you can remove them by following the steps below.

1. Navigate to Performance, then under Manage Performance, click Review Cycles.


2. Click on the review cycle for which you want to edit participants.


3. On the review cycle page, navigate to the Participants tab.


4. Click the three dots next to a participant’s name, and click Remove.


5. Before you remove the participant, you’ll be asked to confirm which parts of the review cycle you’d like to remove the participant from. Check all that apply and click Remove.



Participants who have been assigned to perform manager reviews and/or peer summaries can be removed as reviewees from the participant screen. To remove them as reviewers, you will need to remove them in the review cycle wizard, which is linked to in the Remove from cycle? popup window.
