How to request a custom report

Assistance with a WCB/WSIB report

To help you with a worksafe report, we will need the following information:

  • Your rate(s) per province
  • What earnings are assessable per province

Assistance with an Anniversary or Birthday report

Just confirm if you'd like this grouped somehow (e.g. by department), and if you'd like it sorted by date or by name.

Assistance with other reports

Please include the following information in your request:

  1. What employee information are you trying to see? What is essential to the report? (e.g. Name, Employee Code, Home Department, Region of Employment, Start Date, etc.)
  2. What values are you trying to see? What is essential to the report? (e.g. Insurable Earnings, all employee and employer benefits, Vacation earned, etc.)
  3. Would you like this report to show information per pay period, a specific date range, or a YTD balance?
  4. What would you like the name of this report to be?

Once your report has been created, you will be able to view it under Saved Reports.
