1. In People Management, navigate to Performance by clicking the icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
2. You’ll be taken to the Reviews page. Here, you’ll see all the review cycles you're participating in and any review cycles you’ve participated in in the past. To open the review page to leave feedback, click Start review beside the title of the review cycle you wish to share feedback for.
4. Next, in the Write reviews section under Your team, click the name of the employee you want to share feedback with.
5. Click the Share feedback button.
6. Click Share feedback again in the confirmation pop up. This will make your manager review and/or peer summary visible to the employee in Performance. Reviewees will get an email notification as well. You can’t share the review and summary separately.
7. After you’ve shared feedback, you’ll still be able to make changes to your feedback and peer summary, and any changes will be immediately visible to the reviewee.
