How to view and download benefits reports
1. Navigate to Benefits, then under Manage Benefits, click Reports.
2. Click each report to view and download.
List of Members with Pending Benefits is a report of all the employees who have enrolled in Benefits and whose effective date is in the future.
Member Coverage Listing is a report of coverage details for all the employees who have enrolled in Benefits and whose plan is active.
Dependent Listing is a report of dependents for all the employees with one or more dependents.
Benefit Coverage Listing is a coverage summary for all the employees who have enrolled in Benefits and whose plan is active.
Over Age Dependent Listing is a summary of all employees with one or more dependents over 18 years of age.
