How to view your organization's org chart

1. Navigate to People, then under Directory, click Org Chart.


2. The org chart organizes all employees in a tree structure to show direct reports. You can drag your mouse pointer to navigate around the org chart and scroll to zoom in and out.


3. If an employee has direct reports, the number of direct reports that they have is shown by the number underneath their name and job title. Click the arrow next to the number to expand the tree and view direct reports. Click the arrow again to collapse the tree.


Note that if you have circular relationships (employees set as each other's primary manager) or missing connections (employees without a primary manager), some or all employees won't be shown in the org chart. For the org chart to display properly, please ensure that each employee's primary manager is set correctly and that the person at the top of your organization does not have a primary manager. 4. You can also view an employee’s profile from the org chart. Click their name to open their profile. To return to the org chart, click the Back button on your browser.
