View and download the org chart
1. Navigate to the org chart
Navigate to People, then under Directory, click Org Chart.
2. Navigate and zoom
The org chart shows your employees in a tree based on their reporting structure. Drag to pan around and scroll to zoom in or out.
3. Expand and collapse branches
Employees with direct reports show a count below their name. Click the arrow next to the count to expand that branch. Click it again to collapse it.
Note: If you have circular relationships (employees set as each other's primary manager) or missing connections (employees without a primary manager), some or all employees won't appear on the org chart. Make sure each employee's primary manager is set correctly and the person at the top of your organization has no primary manager. See How to set an employee's primary manager for details.4. Display and export options
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner for display and export options:
- Expand all / Collapse all — Show or hide all branches at once.
- Compact view — A denser layout that fits more people on screen.
- Fit to screen — Zooms to fit the entire chart in your browser window.
- Export as .PDF or Export as .PNG — Download the org chart as a file. You can export the full chart or just what's currently visible on screen.
5. View an employee's profile
To view someone's profile, click their name in the org chart. Use your browser's Back button to return.
