How to use the approval queue

1. Navigate to Benefits, then under Manage Benefits, click on Approvals.


2. When an employee changes their benefits enrolment information, the change request will appear here. To learn more about a specific change request, click View Details.


3. Click Approve or Acknowledge to approve the change request. Note that new employees enrolling in your organization's benefits plan for the first time will be shown with the Acknowledge button rather than Approve.


4. To reject an employee's change request, click View details and then click Reject in the Change approval details window.
