The Referral Program is open to current Rise clients in good standing. You may refer any organization that is not already a Rise client and is not already in an active sales conversation with us.
A referral qualifies for a reward when both of the following are true:
The reward is earned when the referred business signs. Self-referrals, referrals of your own affiliated businesses, and referrals where the business was already in our pipeline do not qualify.
When a referral qualifies, you receive:
Employee count is based on the referred business's headcount at the time they sign with Rise.
The referred business receives a credit of $100–$500 on their first invoice, based on their employee count.
Rewards are paid within 30 days of the referral becoming qualified. Payment is delivered as a gift card through Tango, our third-party gift card provider. You are solely responsible for any taxes owing on rewards you receive; Rise does not issue tax slips for program rewards.
If you join the Reference Program, we may occasionally offer your name to a prospective client who wants to speak with a current Rise client. We will ask for your explicit permission before each reference call. You are never obligated to take a call, and you may leave the program at any time by contacting us.
You receive $100 for each completed reference call you take, paid within 30 days as a Tango gift card. As with referrals, you are solely responsible for any taxes owing, and Rise does not issue tax slips.
Contact us at sales@risepeople.com with any questions about either program.
Rise may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives in this article.
