Additional Notes
Can a document be acknowledged more than once?
Yes. If you need an employee to re-acknowledge a policy (for example, after an update), you can simply create a new task. The new acknowledgment will be saved to their profile with the date appended to the file name to help you keep track.
What if an organization document or task is deleted?
Don't worry, the acknowledged documents will remain available in the employee's profile, even if the original document or task is later deleted from your organization's files.
Are these acknowledgements legally binding?
No. For legally binding contracts, you should use eSignatures or recruiting offers.
