How to export applicant data

How to export applicant data

All applicants who have applied to your organization are visible on the Applicants page in Recruiting and can be sorted and filtered there. We also offer the option to export all or some of your organization’s applicants as a CSV file that can be manipulated in a spreadsheet application to give you more flexibility when analyzing the data. To export your applicant data:

1. Navigate to Recruiting, then click Applicants.


2. On the Applicants page, you’ll see all of your organization’s applicants displayed in a table. To filter applicants, click the filter icon, then select the filters you’d like to apply. The applicants in the table will be updated to reflect the filters you’ve selected.


3. To export the applicants shown in the table, click the Export button.


4. The exported applicant data will be emailed to you as a CSV file. Click Okay to close the window.
