How to export job posting data
All job postings created by your organization are visible on the Job Postings page in Recruiting and can be sorted and filtered there. We also offer the option to export all or some of your job postings as a CSV file that can be manipulated in a spreadsheet application to give you more flexibility when analyzing the data. To export your job posting data:
1. Navigate to Recruiting, then click Job Postings.
2. On the Job Postings page, you’ll see all of your organization’s job postings displayed in a table. To filter your job postings, click the filter icon, then select the filters you’d like to apply. The job postings in the table will be updated to reflect the filters you’ve selected.
3. To export the job postings shown in the table, click the Export button.
4. Once the job posting data has been processed, you’ll receive a download link to the CSV file in your email. Click Okay to close the pop-up window.
