How to manage positions in HR

The Positions screen in People provides a master list of positions in your organization along with their details.

1. Navigate to People, and under Directory, click Positions on the left-hand side. Here you’ll see a list of positions along with the number of employees assigned to them. HR Managers, Admins and Owners have the permission level to access position details. To view the details of a position, click the position name


2. Here you’ll see a list of employees along with the codes assigned to the position.


3. To search for a specific employee, enter the name in the search box. To view the inactive employees assigned to the position, select the Show inactive employees checkbox.
