How to track hours by projects or clients
If your organization tracks billable hours for client projects, you can use Scheduling & Time Tracking in Rise to track how long you've spent working on projects or for specific clients.
1. First, ensure that your list of clients in Rise is up to date. For instructions on how to add or remove clients, check out the Billing Codes section of our article on How to manage timesheet settings.
2. Next, in Scheduling, click My Timesheet.
3. Use the upper-left arrows to navigate to the date you want to track hours for.
4. On the date you want to track hours for, click the Billing Code field.
6. In the Shift Duration fields, add the amount of time spent working on the client’s project.
7. Click the green checkmark once you’ve finished to submit your hours.
