Rise AI is a suite of features in Rise designed to make HR, Payroll, and Benefits easier, faster, and smarter through the power of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Built exclusively for Canadian businesses, Rise AI introduces new capabilities we’re excited to share with you.
Accuracy and limitations
Rise AI can make mistakes.
We work hard to ensure accuracy by using state-of-the-art models, reasoning modes, and strict instructions. Still, AI is a new technology, and errors can happen.
Always verify important details by checking linked sources, reviewing numbers, and paying close attention to outputs.
In other words: If Rise AI were a self-driving car, you’d want to keep your hands on the wheel and your foot near the brakes, just in case.
How to use Rise AI
Just ask a question or explain what you need. Rise AI will figure it out or ask for clarification.
-
More detail helps, but you don’t need to overexplain.
-
Typos aren’t a big deal.
-
If something doesn’t work, try again or rephrase your request.
-
It can help to ask for one thing at a time. Rise AI can also follow the thread of your conversation and build on earlier responses.
Privacy and security
Rise AI fully follows our published privacy policy and security commitments:
- All client data is stored in Canada.
- Client data is not used to train LLMs.
- No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared with LLMs, unless explicitly authorized by you or included in your prompt (e.g., “My name is Bob. Can you help me…”).
Preview release
You may notice a “Preview” tag when using Rise AI. We want as many customers as possible to experience its power. As we learn how clients use it, how often, and the value it delivers, we’ll determine a fair price that supports sustainable growth and future innovation.
For now, Rise AI is completely free with no usage limits—so enjoy exploring it!
Feedback
You can rate Rise AI with a thumbs-up or thumbs-down in some areas. Our product team reviews all feedback and makes quick improvements to accuracy, reliability, and tone.
