How to add an employee to the time clock
This is advanced user functionality. If you encounter any difficulty whatsoever, please contact Rise Support. After you've successfully added clock user ID and codes to employees or changed your clock's settings, you'll need to "Update Clocks". Updating Clocks sends an update command to the clocks of your organization. If there are a significant number of updates, this can take some time and could potentially interfere with employees punching in and out. Therefore, clocks should only be updated when employees are not actively punching in and out. Please note that, depending on your access levels, you may not have access to these options. If you require them, please contact Rise Support.
1. In Payroll, click on your Organization Name at the top left of the screen and click View organization settings.
2. Click T & A.
4. Click Update Clocks and the updates will be sent to your clocks.
