Each Rise connection is authorized for one company and uses your permissions in that company.
Can you connect one AI assistant account to multiple Rise companies at once?
Some AI assistants support only one active Rise connection per account. For example, with the current Rise connector in Claude, you can work with one Rise company at a time.
Support for multiple simultaneous connections varies by assistant and connector.
What are your options if your assistant supports only one company at a time?
- Switch the connection. Disconnect Rise in your assistant, select the company you want to use in Rise, then reconnect and approve access.
- Use separate AI assistant accounts. Connect each assistant account to a different Rise company. Switch assistant accounts when you need to work with another company's data.
How do you switch companies using the same AI assistant account?
The exact controls depend on your assistant, but the process is:
- In your assistant's connector settings, disconnect the current Rise connection.
- In Rise, select the company you want to work with.
- Reconnect Rise in your assistant, then review and approve the access request.
If your Rise login gives you access to multiple companies, you can use that same login when switching.
For setup instructions for your assistant, see Use an AI assistant with Rise.
What controls which data your AI assistant can access?
Through the Rise connection, your assistant can retrieve only the Rise data your connected user has permission to access. You need the appropriate Rise access for each company you connect.
