How to enable Time Off to Payroll

Time Off to Payroll (TOTP) feature automatically syncs your organization’s time off hours from Rise HR with Rise Payroll. Follow this three-step process to enable TOTP for your organization:

1. Check your eligibility.

  1. Your organization is eligible for TOTP if you have multiple accounts in Rise Payroll, but one account in Rise HR.
  2. Your organization may be eligible for TOTP if your organization has an unlimited vacation policy and/or the working hours vary among employees.
  3. Your organization is ineligible for TOTP if your organization’s employees work in multiple departments.

2. Download our Rise HR Time Off to Payroll Sync - Template doc. Complete the eligibility checklist and list your organization's time-off policies and associated payroll instructions.

3. Send us your completed template at support@risepeople.com.
