Q: How do I implement this feature?
A: You don’t have to do a thing! It’s enabled automatically.
Q: Who can view the pay stubs in employee documents?
A: Only the employees will be able to view their own pay stubs.
Q: Can I edit any of the pay stub files?
A: This section is read-only; you cannot make any changes.
Q: Can I access old pay stubs from before 2021?
A: Only pay stubs after 2021 will show up in employee documents.
Q: How do I access and view my pay stubs?
A: Navigate to the ‘Documents’ tab under your employee profile, and click the ‘Pay Stubs’ folder to bring up the list of pay stubs. For more information, check out our How to access and view pay stubs article.
A: Your pay stub comes in a PDF format.
Q: Do my files expire after a year?
A: No, your data never expires and is stored for as long as you’re with Rise.
A: Not at this time. We look forward to adding this in the future!
Q: What happens when an employee is terminated?
A: Terminated employees won’t be able to log into Rise and view or access their pay stubs.
Q: Will I receive my pay stub via email and Rise?
A: Most likely, unless your employee decides to opt out of one of these options.
