Send completed employee information to HR and Payroll

How to send completed employee information to People Directory and Payroll

1. Once your new employee has completed their Employee Registration Guide, their Status in Onboarding will change to COMPLETE. Click the employee's name to open their onboarding profile.


2. In the employee's profile, you can review the information completed by the employee on the Employee Registration Guide by clicking on the pencil icon. Once you are ready to create the employee profile in People Directory and Payroll, click Send to HR.


3. Success! Click Confirm. Your new employee's profile has now been created.


Next Steps

Now that you've added the employee to the payroll system, you will want to add more information before running payroll.

There are also optional setup details which may or may not apply to your company.

As of their start date, your new employee will be able to login to People Directory & Time Off using the credentials they set up during the Onboarding process. You are also able to send your new employees an invitation to login to People Directory & Time Off—check out our article on How to invite employees to People Directory & Time Off.

If you need to change the employee's email address used to login from their personal email to their work email, please file a ticket with our support team.
