Q: Can I make changes to time once it's marked Ready for Payroll?
A: Once time is marked Ready for Payroll, it cannot be deleted or unapproved.
Q: What do the letters S and P indicate?
A: ‘S’ indicates the scheduled time of the shift and ‘P’ indicates the punch in time for the shift.
Q: What happens to shifts that are dropped?
A: Shifts which are dropped become vacant shifts in the schedule.
Q: How can I see an employee’s total scheduled, clocked, approved, and unapproved time?
A: To view the shifts for one week, choose the
View by Week filter, and click the

Q: An employee’s shift start time and end time box is highlighted in red. What does it mean?
A: A red box tells you that the employee had unscheduled punches for their shift.
Q: An employee’s shift start time and end time box is highlighted in yellow. What does it mean?
A: A yellow box tells you that one or both punches don’t match with the scheduled shift for the employee.
