Auto-post jobs to Indeed

Auto-post jobs to Indeed

Indeed can aggregate your Rise careers page, so jobs you publish in Rise show up on Indeed automatically. Aggregation runs off your public careers page URL — there's no partnership or paid integration to set up, and it's free.

1. Confirm your careers page is set up

Go to Recruiting > Settings and scroll to Careers Page URL. You should see a personalized URL for your organization.

If you don't have one yet, see How to manage your recruiting settings.

2. Publish at least one live job posting

Indeed only aggregates careers pages that have at least one active job. Publish a real job posting before contacting Indeed — or create a temporary placeholder you can archive once setup is done.

For instructions, see How to create a job posting.

3. Email Indeed to request aggregation

Contact Indeed support and ask them to set up aggregation against your Rise careers page. When they prompt you for a URL, send them the Careers Page URL from step 1.

4. Wait for Indeed to confirm aggregation is live

Indeed will email back once aggregation is configured. After that, jobs you publish in Rise typically appear on Indeed within 24–48 hours.

The Indeed listings include an Apply on company website link that sends applicants back to Rise, where you manage them through your usual recruiting process.

5. Sponsor postings on Indeed (optional)

If you want certain postings to rank higher on Indeed, you can sponsor them from your Indeed company page. Sponsorship is billed by Indeed directly and is separate from your Rise subscription. Aggregation itself stays free.

6. Clean up any placeholder posting

If you published a temporary job in step 2 just to get aggregation set up, archive or delete it now so it doesn't sit live on your careers page.

To archive or delete a posting, see How to manage your job postings.
