How to create a departmental override in Rise Scheduling & Time Tracking
If you’d like a department to have different Scheduling & Time Tracking settings than your organization settings, you can create an override for that department.
1. In Settings, click Departmental Override on the navigation menu on the left-hand side.
2. Click + New Override.
3. In the pop-up, use the dropdown to choose which department you wish to create an override for. Click Add.
4. Next, you can set the overrides for the department. Your existing organization settings will appear by default. For help with changing the override settings, check out our How to manage your organization settings in Rise Time & Attendance article.
