How to run Rise Scheduling & Time Tracking reports

1. If you’re an Owner or an Admin, you can access the Scheduling & Time Tracking reports from the navigation menu on the left-hand side in Scheduling.


2. The schedule reports give you information about  employee shifts and time off. The Schedule By Locations report groups information by location. Similarly, the Schedule By Department and Schedule By Employee reports group information by department and employee.

To run schedule reports, choose one or all schedules, locations and departments. Next, choose the start and end dates. You have the option to select the checkbox to include vacant and open shifts, and vacation/time off in your report. Once completed, click Run Report.

You can export the reports as a CSV or PDF.


3.  The Time Approval Summary report identifies employees’ hours worked, hours classification, classification tags, time off, punch methods, billing information, and attendance (early or late).

To create the Time Approval Summary report, choose one or all locations and departments. Next, choose the start and end dates. You can also allocate minutes to determine if an employee is starting earlystarting lateleaving early, and leaving late. Once completed, click Run Report.

You can export the Time Approval Summary report as a CSV or PDF.


My Time Report

1. All employees can access their own My Time report. To run the report, click My Time Report.


2. Click the arrows on either side of the date range to view the report for any week. My Time Report identifies employees’ scheduled hours, clocked hours, shift information, punch details, unpaid breaks, shift duration, classification, time off information, classification tags, billing information, and time approval status.


3. You can export a My Time Report as either a CSV or PDF file.
