Select/nominate peers reviewers

1. In People Management, navigate to Performance by clicking the icon in the left-hand navigation bar.


2. You’ll be taken to the Reviews page. Here, you’ll see all the review cycles you're participating in.

3. Click Assign peers next to the review cycle to assign peers.


4. Next, in the Peer selection section, click the name of the employee you want to choose peers for. 

5. In the Peer selection section, type the name of the employee you want to add as a peer in the Search Peers bar and click their name when it appears to add them.


You can select any employee in the organization to be a peer reviewer, even if they aren’t already a participant in the cycle. 

Repeat this process for each peer you wish to add for this employee.

6. To remove a peer reviewer, click Delete next to their name.


7. Once you’re finished, click Save & close, or click the name of another team member to add their peers. You can change your selection before the peer selection window closes by going back to the employee’s peer selection page.


8. After the peer selection window closes and the peer review window opens, selected peers will receive an email invitation to complete reviews.
