1. Open the applicant profile and click Email
Find applicants under Recruiting › Applicants or on the dashboard of any relevant Job Posting. See How to manage applicants and How to manage your job postings for details.

2. Set the Reply to address
Choose who the email appears to come from. Enable This is a no-reply email if you do not want responses.

3. (Optional) Use a template
Select a template from Templates to autofill the Subject and Body. Learn more in How to create email templates.

4. Edit the Subject and Body as needed

5. Click Send

The applicant is now marked Contacted on the Job Posting dashboard, and the email appears in their Activity tab.
